Exhibits and Displays

Interested in providing an informational display or booth at the EW Symposium this year? A limited number of free spaces are available in the Officers Club. You are responsible for setup, takedown, manning, and security.

Please contact LT Ana Brown with the the following information:

- General description of display, exhibit, or booth
- Approximate size of shipment
- Approximate space required in Officer's Club once set up
- Special needs (e.g., tables, chairs, power)
- Preference of location within the club
- First come, first serve basis and as space permits
