Three days of up-close and very personal interaction with EW/IO operators and tacticians from the front lines, informative breifings, and a chance to hear and meet the nation's senior EW/IO leaders and decision makers. Our Symposium offers an opportunity for DoD uniformed personnel, DoD civilian employees, industry, and contractors to exchange ideas and experiences in an open, professional forum.

The Prowler Roost was chartered in 1974 to provide a professional Electronic Warfare (EW) forum for the developing EA-6B Prowler community. Since 1978 it has participated in all Prowler Symposiums and beginning in 1986 it provided support and sponsored administrative activities for registration and security for the Symposium.
Sometimes called “Whidbey Roost” in recognition of the expanding field of EW and Information Operations (IO) at NAS Whidbey Island including the VAQ, VQ, and P-3 communities; Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Whidbey Island, and Aviation EW School (AVEWS). This year an entirely new dimension arrives in the form of the EA-18G Growler.
